Community Partners

 

Mountain Home Montana is dedicated to building strong alliances and collaborative partnerships with existing community-based organizations. Collaboration is a key component of our service delivery model. From the moment a pregnant or parenting `mother enrolls in our services, we work on identifying a strong support system for her and her family. While we build long-term relationships with pregnant and parenting families, we really only have a short period of time to make a big impact in their lives. We believe that the more support networks our young mothers have access to, the greater their success will be once they leave Mountain Home Montana. Over the years, we have developed effective relationships with partner agencies that can provide services to our young mothers while at MHM and can continue to follow them through their transition to independent living and the different developmental stages of their children’s lives. Below is an overview of some of these partnerships:

 

  Mountain Home Montana is a community partner with United Way of Missoula County. We are proud of our partnership with United Way, and ask your support of the annual United Way campaign.

 


 
 
Mountain Home Montana is a member of the Missoula Nonprofit Network, a coalition aiming to strengthen the non-profit sector by holding joint trainings, sharing best practices and collaborating oSave & Closen grant resources.
