Supported Employment Program

In 2014, we received a grant from the Addictive and Mental Disorders Division with the State of Montana (Department of Public Health & Human Services) to start a pilot program to help our moms recover from mental illness through employment.  Only three of these grants were awarded in the state, and we are so proud to be able to now serve program participants in this meaningful way.

Information for employers

Supported Employment Coordinators spend a great deal of time out in the community, meeting with businesses to learn more about their company and hiring needs. The ultimate goal is to match our program participants with the right employer and be seen as a resource on both sides.  A big piece of what we do is meet with employers and ask a lot of questions. We are very interested in learning about all of the employment opportunities Missoula has to offer!
