Weekend Resident Care Coordinator

The Weekend Resident Care Coordinator ensures that Mountain Home is a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for clients. From house upkeep to policy enforcement to taking moms and kids on healthy outings, the Weekend Resident Care Coordinator has a real impact on the lives of clients.

Part-Time Adult Intensive Case Manager

Mountain Home Montana Case Managers provide intensive case management services through the implementation of individual treatment plans, case coordination and advocacy. The schedule and hours vary.
